Charlene Moran

Charlene Moran has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they were the Director of Sales for San Diego KUSH Magazine, where they increased the number of paid advertisers from under 10 to over 200 and generated over $160,000 of advertising revenue per month. Charlene then worked as a Training Material Consultant for Renovate America from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they became the Director of Inside Sales for the same company. In 2017, they were the Executive Director of Customer Experience at Semper Solaris, where they built and directed 3 divisions of a solar sales and installation company and developed a leadership development program for staff. In 2018, they were the Principal of CharMo Consulting and the Director of Inside Sales, Customer Experience, Call Center L&D, and Marketing Liaison for We Care Plumbing Heating Air and Solar, where they developed an Inside Sales Department from scratch. Finally, in 2020, they were the Director of People Ops and Sr. Director of Sales and Service at Get The Referral, a SaaS, B2B tech start-up. In this role, they trained mid-level leadership and helped bring the business to the next level.

Charlene Moran has a history of education and certifications. Charlene began their studies at San Diego Mesa College in Psychology. In 2014, they graduated from Meuller College with a degree in Holistic Health Practitioner, specializing in Massage and Yoga Therapy. In 2019, they attended MEDDIC Academy for Selling Skills and Sales Operations.
