Phouthasine Kiengsavath has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. They began their career in 2005 as a Mechanic in the US Army and served until 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Team Leader/ Mechanic in the Army National Guard. Beginning in 2020, they joined Veritas Technologies LLC as a Technical Support Engineer and continued in this role until 2021.

Currently, Phouthasine is employed at Getac Video Solutions, where they initially served as a Technical Support Specialist from 2021 to 2022. They subsequently transitioned to the role of a Technical Support Engineer in March 2022 and are currently working in this position.

Phouthasine Kiengsavath attended Hennepin Technical College from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming. They successfully completed their education and earned an Associate of Applied Sciences (AAS) degree in the mentioned field of study.
