Arianna R. has a diverse work experience. Arianna began their career in 2019 with Teamtailor as an International Customer Success Agent, where they were responsible for incoming technical related queries from clients. Arianna also planned and hosted introductory webinars for their customer base. In 2020, they moved to the role of International Sales Development, where they acquired and liaised with potential business prospects from the DACH regions and other international markets. During their four months in this role, they brought in five accounts for the company. In 2021, Arianna joined Upsales as a Customer Success Lead - UK & International Customer Success, where they were responsible for owning customer renewals and expansions, as well as some new business acquisitions. Arianna gained valuable knowledge in contract negotiations, developing sales processes for new client acquisition, expansion & retention sales processes, and participated in customer onboardings. Currently, they are an Account Manager at GetAccept since 2022.

Arianna R. began their educational journey in 2016 when they attended Albemarle Independent College in London, United Kingdom and obtained A-Levels in Business, Psychology and German. Arianna then went on to pursue a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Program from Stockholm University with a major in Management from 2020 to 2023. During their studies, Arianna also obtained a 15 ECTS Research Foundations on the Digitalisation of Society from the Department of Technology at the University of Gothenburg in 2021. Arianna then obtained an Intercultural Communication in an English-speaking World from the Department of Culture and Communication at Linköping University in 2023. In October 2021, Arianna obtained a Customer Success Manager Certification from Startdeliver through their Impact Academy.
