Laurence Moreau has a diverse work experience in various companies. They started their career as a Customer Service Officer at Ritz-Carlton Montreal in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager for Customer Care at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. The following year, Laurence was a Project Manager for Quality & Training at Evian Resort. In 2017, they joined Hôtel Majestic Barrière as a Quality Manager and later transitioned to Voyage Privé as a Customer Loyalty Lead. Currently, Laurence is working as a Customer Success Manager at GetAccept, starting in 2021.

Laurence Moreau is an individual with a diverse education history. Laurence obtained their Master's degree in Management from SKEMA Business School, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition, Laurence pursued a Diploma in Universitaire de Technologie in Marketing at IUT de Vannes from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they attended Vanier College and studied Business Administration and Management.

To enhance their skills further, Laurence obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Digital Marketing Google Certification in March 2020.
