Will Kraft

Will Kraft currently serves in Business Development at Aleph since January 2025 and concurrently holds multiple leadership positions within the Army National Guard, including Company Commander and previously Executive Officer, Clinical Operations, and Clinical Operations Officer. Prior experience at Redesign Health from April 2022 to January 2025 encompassed roles as Senior Lead and Lead in Startup Success, along with positions in Talent Acquisition. Under Will Kraft's tenure, Redesign Health supported the creation of over two dozen impactful healthcare companies, improving the lives of more than ten million individuals. Kraft earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing the degree in December 2018.
