Luke Crihfield has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Luke started their career as a Market Research Intern at Elmwood Strategies in 2011. Luke then worked as a Branch Manager at Revolution Prep, where they successfully established a new SAT prep branch, generating a record-breaking revenue of $60,000 in three months. Luke also played a key role in marketing the service, managing customer relations, and delivering quality test preparation.

Luke later joined Metis Strategy Consulting Group as a Consulting Intern in 2012. Luke gained valuable experience in the consulting field during their time there.

From 2013 to 2018, Luke worked at Treacy & Company, starting as an Analyst and progressing to the role of Associate and Managing Analyst. Luke contributed to various projects and provided analytical support to the team.

In 2018, Luke joined Wayfair as a Sales Program Manager, focusing on B2B Strategy & Operations. Luke later transitioned to the role of Program Manager, B2B Service and Sales Enablement.

From 2020 to 2021, Luke worked at Charter Communications as a Senior Manager, specializing in Demand Generation Strategy for SMB clients.

In 2021, they joined Cahoot as the Director of Demand Generation. Luke was responsible for driving demand generation initiatives and overseeing growth and strategic operations.
