Eduard Rosón Gabaldá has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Eduard started their career as a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Gallery in 2012 and then moved on to TLH Leisure Resort, where they worked in the Reception department. In 2013, they completed an internship at Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona, specifically in the Banquet and Hilton Meetings department. Later that year, they joined Holiday Inn as a Front Desk Agent. In 2016, Eduard joined Hotel Acta Antibes as a Front Desk Agent.

Eduard Rosón Gabaldá started their education in 2010 at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they pursued a Grado en Dirección Hotelera EUDTH degree, which was completed in 2015. In 2017, they enrolled at Euroaula and earned a Postgrado en Revenue Management, finishing in 2018. Additionally, in 2012, Eduard attended Riviera English School for an intensive English course, achieving a B2 level.
