Andrew Whitelaw

Andrew Whitelaw is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support engineering and desktop support. Currently serving as a Cloud Support Engineer at AbacusNext since October 2018, Andrew previously worked as a Desktop Support Analyst at J. Hawkins Consulting and Miles & Stockbridge P.C., where responsibilities included multi-platform support, managing helpdesk systems, and enhancing security measures. Andrew began in the tech field as a Medical Database Designer at East Carolina Retina Consultants, following roles as an Apple Service Technician and Service Technician. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
