I live in a small town in middle England UK, with my husband and my two Miniature Schnauzers. I love gardening, swimming, true crime, music (from classical to funk), and cooking.

  • What part of your job gives you most energy?

    I love meeting people and finding out about them, their lives, thoughts, and ambitions. But I have to say that inviting new people to join the team is my favourite part of my job.

  • If you didn't have this job, what would you be doing instead?

    If I didn't work in talent acquisition, I would be a police detective... I always wanted to be a novelist when I was a kid.
