Vinh Pham

Vinh Pham has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in growth marketing and demand generation. Starting in 2012, Vinh worked as a Lab Assistant at Normandale Community College. In 2014, they interned as a Paid Search Intern at Ovative/group before joining the company as an SEM Analyst in 2015. Vinh then worked as a Paid Search Account Manager at Gruen Agency in 2017, where they successfully managed paid search programs for multiple clients, increasing revenue and leads while reducing costs. Later that year, Vinh joined When I Work as a Paid Acquisition Manager, doubling the multi-million dollar budget and expanding to new channels. They also worked as a Sr. Demand Gen Manager at When I Work, focusing on infrastructure development and capturing leads. Vinh then moved on to Addigy Technology in 2019 as a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, leading website and digital advertising efforts, resulting in a significant increase in organic and direct traffic. In 2020, Vinh became a Growth Marketing Manager at Conexiom, achieving remarkable marketing-generated bookings, lead, and opportunity targets. Lastly, Vinh currently holds the role of Sr. Growth Marketing Manager at Clair, a position they started in May 2023.

Vinh Pham completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Economics and Biology from Normandale Community College, which they finished in 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Vinh Pham obtained the Kenshoo Pro Certification from Kenshoo in November 2016. Vinh also received the Marin Search Certification from Marin Software in the same month and the Google Search Advertising Certification from Google in June 2016. Furthermore, Vinh Pham became a Bing Ads Accredited Professional accredited by Microsoft in March 2016.
