Jennifer W. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer began their career as an Engineering Intern at Boosted Boards in 2014, where they wrote scripts, conducted tests, and improved assembly line efficiency. In 2015, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Lever, updating and expanding functionalities of the Chrome extension. Jennifer also served as a User Research Intern at 3D Robotics, analyzing data and generating insights for the product team.

Jennifer then joined Rough Draft Ventures as a Venture Fellow, supporting university entrepreneurs and providing funding and mentorship. Jennifer later worked at Tableau Software as a Software Engineer Intern, and as an IT Help Desk Technician at Olin College of Engineering, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
