Chigozirim Ugochukwu (She/Her)

Chigozirim Ugochukwu has had varied and extensive work experience. Starting in 2009, Ugochukwu worked as a Paralegal for Babalakin & Co. Legal Practitioners. In 2012, Ugochukwu moved to Bubez Foods Ltd to work as a Sales Officer and to Beni American University to work as a Program Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In 2017, Ugochukwu joined Venture Garden Group as Head of Programs and Partnerships, EduTech. In 2019, Ugochukwu was made the Strategy and Partnerships Manager, Corporate Strategy. In 2021, Ugochukwu moved to Outsource Global as Head of Risk and Compliance. In 2022, Ugochukwu joined Fourcore Integrated Services as Senior Manager, Projects. Ugochukwu's current role is Chief Operating Officer at GetEquity, which she has held since 2023.

Chigozirim Ugochukwu's education history includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Abuja, obtained between 2005 and 2010, a Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, obtained between 2013 and 2014, a Diploma in Management Information Systems from the National Institute of Information Technology, obtained in 2005, and an SSCE from Evangel College, obtained between 1999 and 2005. Chigozirim also holds a number of certifications, including (ISC)2 Certified in Cybersecurity from (ISC)² obtained in November 2022, Designate Compliance Professional from the Compliance Institute, Nigeria obtained in October 2021, Corporate Strategy from UCL School of Management obtained in 2019, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com obtained in 2019, and Full Member from the Nigerian Bar Association obtained in November 2014.
