Begoña Alvarez Landeta

Begoña Alvarez Landeta is currently working as an Operations Enablement Manager at Fairplay (Freedom to Scale) since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Master in Management with specialization in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Instituto de Empresa from 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Staff in Charge at Global Strategy Group/Deal Advisory and Staff at Integration & Separation Group/Deal Advisory at KPMG. Here, they collaborated in public government institutions through a strategic consultancy plan, evaluating products, developing and managing improvements. Begoña also collaborated in the Due Diligence of a multinational fashion company and in integration and separation projects in multinational public and private companies related to the pharmaceutical and financial sectors, advising clients in the execution of integrations and separations after an acquisition. In 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Internship at Nike, where they created events, campaigns and plans for the well-being of employees, implemented a new English program, and handled internal communication in the Mexico City offices.

Begoña Alvarez Landeta has a strong educational background. Begoña obtained their Master in Management from IE Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they received their Ingeniería Industrial from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in 2019. Additionally, Begoña has obtained certifications in SCRUM Fundamentals from KPMG in 2019, IELTS / Overall Band Score 7.0 from Cambridge Assessment English in 2020, Design Thinking from Stanford University, and Entrepreneurship’s Program - Go To Market from Stanford University.
