Fernanda Bustani has extensive work experience in a variety of roles. In 2019, they began working at Fairplay, where they have held the roles of COO, Vice President of Operations, and Head of Customer Success. In 2018, they began working at Pulpomatic, where they were a Principal Sales Engineer and Customer Success Director. In 2017, they were the Ecommerce Director at Jus Lab. From 2014 to 2012, they worked at Walmart Global eCommerce as the Walmart App Assistant Director, managing and supervising the mobile site and the mobile application for home, technology and lifestyle products. Fernanda also designed and managed the development strategy for mobile applications in iOS, Android and Windows Phone using Agile Methodology. During this time, they launched a mobile application for iOS (iPhone and iPad). In 2013, they were the Operations Manager at Bebitos.mx, where they coordinated the supply chain, Facebook Ads campaigns, financial reports and customer service team, and managed a staff of two customer service employees. Fernanda also designed an Excel inventory system for more than 3,500 products, and oversaw the operations of a 2,500 square foot warehouse, a small fleet of motorcycles, and team of more than 10 people. In 2012, they were a Co-founder at e-vent.com.mx and a Lean Challenge Intern at GE Healthcare, working on a lean challenge internship project with 5 classmates, representing the Universidad Iberoamericana. Fernanda improved healthcare logistics and processes by implementing lean methodology, and led a project that saved 20% of person-hours for a new projects government certification process. Fernanda also completed Servicio Social at New Ventures M\u00e9xico in 2012.

Fernanda Bustani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016 and was included in the Dean's List. Fernanda also holds an Ing. Industrial from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Fernanda has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Designing a Business from IDEO in August 2019, Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn in April 2018, Inbound and Inbound Sales from HubSpot in June 2019, Sales Enabelment from HubSpot in June 2019, and Hubspot Sales Software from HubSpot in June 2019.
