Blair Ellis

Blair Ellis is an accomplished design leader with a diverse professional background spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the VP of Design at Flex since December 2024, Blair oversees a growing design team dedicated to enhancing the financial well-being of renters nationwide. Previously, Blair held influential roles at Etsy, including Senior Director of Product Design and Director of Product Design, where efforts focused on innovating the shopping experience. At Maven Clinic, Blair advanced from Head of Experience to Director of Product Design, managing interdisciplinary teams to enhance healthcare access for families. Earlier career highlights include positions at Swayspace, Forbes Media, and Novo Arts, Inc., with a strong foundation in web and graphic design obtained from the School of Visual Arts and College of Charleston.
