Mark Ericson is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in product compliance and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as the Head of Product Compliance at Flex since September 2022, Mark directs compliance efforts and collaborates with various business units to ensure regulatory adherence and successful product integration. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Compliance at Progressive Leasing, where Mark managed compliance projects and approved marketing materials. Mark has also held positions as Compliance Counsel at Orange Legal Technologies, Law Clerk in various legal settings, and has contributed to publications on foreign diplomacy. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Chinese from the University of Utah.
