Santu Ghosh

Santu Ghosh is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Currently serving as Chief Manager of Central Operations at Grab, Santu oversees last mile delivery operations for JioMart across over 4000 pincodes in India, driving operations strategy, execution, network planning, and capacity building. Previously, as Senior Manager of Central Operations, Santu launched subscription and premium delivery services across six cities. Experience at Supr Daily included managing extensive supply chain operations for more than 50,000 customers in Mumbai, and Santu has also held program management roles at Sundaram Clayton Limited and Hindalco Industries Limited, where responsibilities included end-to-end new product development and operations management for a thermal power plant. Santu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology.
