Lucas Barros

Lucas Barros has work experience starting from 2017. Lucas worked as an Introduction to Programming Teacher Assistant at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, where they provided additional lectures and created problems for students to solve. In 2018, they worked as a Full Stack Developer Intern at Elife, developing and maintaining chatbots for international companies. At Incognia, Lucas held multiple roles, including Software Engineer Intern, where they worked on developing an SSO solution using Java and React.js, and as a Software Engineer, focusing on improving the Incognia API and working with technologies such as Java, Python, Kafka, Redis, and ScyllaDB. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at GetGround.

Lucas Barros obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, where they attended from 2017 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications. These include LanguageCert International ESOL Achiever B1 in Listening, Reading, and Writing from LanguageCert (PeopleCert Qualifications Ltd) in August 2022, as well as LanguageCert International ESOL Achiever B1 in Speaking from the same institution and month. Lucas also completed an Advanced C1 - General English course with 20 hours of tuition per week at International House Dublin in November 2021. Furthermore, they completed a Web Development Course from Udemy in June 2017.
