Caitlin Charles has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Caitlin started their career at Estee Lauder Companies Europe as a Sales Advisor and later became a Keyholder & Acting Manager. In 2017, they worked at blow LTD as a Customer Experience Executive and then transitioned to the role of a Stylist Account Manager. Caitlin joined Doctify in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager and eventually became the Customer Success Operations Manager. Currently, they are working at GetHarley as a Business Operations Project Manager, contributing to the development of an aesthetic dermatology platform.
Caitlin Charles has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, which they obtained from Edinburgh Napier University from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, in 2014, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at the University of Stuttgart, where they studied English Literature and American Literature for one year. Prior to their bachelor's degree, Caitlin completed an HNC Social Science degree at Edinburgh College from 2009 to 2010, with a focus on Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, and Politics.
Caitlin has also obtained several additional certifications. In October 2021, they obtained the HubSpot Sales Software certification from HubSpot Academy. In November 2018, they completed the "An Introduction to Global Health" course offered by the University of Copenhagen on Coursera. Furthermore, in September 2012, Caitlin received certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (140 Hour Course) from i-to-i TEFL.
