Freya Duff

Freya Duff is a Customer Experience Associate and Executive at GetHarley, where the focus is on creating an innovative aesthetic dermatology platform aimed at enhancing clinician practices and promoting healthier skin. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Expert at THG and as a Retail Cashier at Nike, where responsibilities included retail assistance and cash handling. Additionally, Freya worked as a Housekeeper at JW Lees Brewery. Freya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Leeds, completed in May 2022, and graduated from Helsby High School in July 2016.
