Rabih Issa

Rabih Issa is a seasoned Global Operations and Strategy Leader with a strong background in engineering and project management. Previously, Rabih held various roles at Petrofac, including Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager, before advancing to leadership positions at TIER Mobility, where they served as Head of Global Maintenance. Currently, Rabih is the Head of Operations at CYCLE, drawing on their extensive experience in building high-performing teams and scaling operations. Rabih holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from the University of Balamand.
