Tamir Gerber

Tamir Gerber is the current CTO at GETIDA. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant and DBA at Matrix IFS (former Exzac) from December 2014 to February 2019. As a member of on-site financial software development teams, they were responsible for MSSQL 2012 installation, configuration and maintenance on Windows Server 2008/2012, ETL, financial data research, applicative DBA, MS SQL CLR development with C#, scripting with Unix (Solaris/Linux) shells (bash, ksh, tcsh), VBS, Windows CMD, Perl, and Python, Reuters market data integration, team leading, training DBAs and developers, technical support (DBA/development) of internal and external recipients, version releases, single-click deployment packages, documentation, IBM uDeploy, Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket, SVN and Git, data security, masking, encryption, and intensive communication with BA & QC teams and with the customers. Tamir has worked with international customers in different time zones, with primary customers including The Bancorp, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and MUFG.

Tamir Gerber's educational career would involve studying chemistry and information science at Kaunas University of Technology.

Their manager is Max Borin, COO and co-founder. A direct report to Tamir Gerber is and Ben Gerber - internal and technical support. They are on a team with Gina Soffian - Director of Communications/ Onboarding Support, Avroham Rothstein - Developer (Database/C#), and Shira Klarsfeld - Financial Analyst, Project Manager.
