Currently serving as a team leader in the Infrastructure Management Team and the Sales Network Transformation Team at VeloBank S.A. since April 2013, Kowalski has a proven track record in leadership roles within the company. Previously, Kowalski held various positions at Getin Noble Bank S.A. from April 2011 to March 2013, including Regional Sales Director and Sales Director. Kowalski holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from Uniwersytet Szczeciński and furthered education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
