Andrzej Pyzik

Andrzej Pyzik currently serves as Academy Systems Manager at Getinge, where responsibilities include developing business solutions utilizing the Learning Management System, partnering with Centers of Excellence, advising training coordinators, and improving LMS integrations. Prior to Getinge, Andrzej held roles at Alight Solutions as Training Coordinator and LMS SME, focusing on competency models, development solutions, and onboarding processes, and at Aon Hewitt as Talent and Engagement Advisor, creating tools for managers and coordinating engagement initiatives. Additional experience includes positions in sourcing, credit inspection, HR, and marketing across various organizations. Andrzej holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach and has completed further education at Cambridge Judge Business School.
