Colleen Kweder

Colleen Kweder is a seasoned professional in sales operations and incentive compensation, currently serving as a Sr. Sales System Specialist at Getinge since July 2022. Prior experience includes managerial roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included managing incentive compensation operations and serving as a senior analyst. Colleen also held managerial and analyst positions at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Cephalon, as well as roles in business operations and commission analysis at AmerisourceBergen, Iron Mountain, SunGard Availability Services, and Ericsson. Colleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University.
