Emma Hawkins

Emma Hawkins is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of HR Nordics UKI and VP of Human Resources at Getinge since May 2017, Emma oversees global HR functions and leads HR teams in the Nordic countries and UK/Ireland. Previously, Emma held the position of VP Compensation & Benefits at Getinge, managing total reward strategies and executive compensation. Emma's prior experience includes serving as Global Director Compensation & Benefits at Mölnlycke, where responsibilities encompassed global total reward strategy and performance management. Early career roles include Performance & Reward Partner and HR Business Partner at AstraZeneca, HR Manager at WFI, and HR roles at Nortel Networks, Westcountry Ambulance Service, South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, and ABB Daimler Benz Transportation Ltd. Emma holds degrees in Business Administration & Economics from Örebro University and HR from the University of Plymouth.
