Magdalena Kucypera

Magdalena Kucypera has substantial experience in compliance and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Internal Investigations and Ethics & Compliance, as well as the Head of Business Partner Risk Management at Getinge since March 2019. In this role, Magdalena Kucypera oversees and enhances the global third-party due diligence process and manages a team dedicated to due diligence and sanctions screening. Previous roles include Third Party Risk Management Lead at Refinitiv and Internal Audit Project Lead at Brown Brothers Harriman, where responsibilities encompassed conducting internal audits and managing teams. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Jagiellonian University and a Master of Arts in Russian Philology from the University of Gdansk, with further studies ongoing at Jagiellonian University.
