Paul Besancon

Paul Besancon has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Director at Getinge France since May 2019, where responsibilities include managing significant organizational changes such as group layoffs and relocations, as well as navigating challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior roles include serving as an HR Consultant at Serendip, where focus was on recruitment for Life Sciences, and as HR Director at Alfa Wassermann and Lundbeck, where involvement in corporate mergers, employee status modifications, and strategic HR implementation were key. Additionally, at Pall France, Paul was responsible for social relations during mergers and led HR process implementations at the European level. Paul began the HR career at Société Générale - Franfinance, progressing from recruitment to commercial responsibilities.
