Philippe Besançon

Philippe Besancon is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Directeur des Ressources Humaines at EXEL Industries since 2013, Philippe previously held the position of DRH at Kremlin Rexson from 2001 to 2013. Earlier roles include DRH Site Aéronautique at Safran from 1994 to July 2001 and Responsable RH at SFIM from 1989 to 1994. Philippe holds a DESS in Développement des Ressources Humaines from IAE Bordeaux and a Master in Sciences Economiques from Université de Limoges.
