Santosh Kumar Singh

Santosh Kumar Singh currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Legal at Getinge, overseeing the global commercial legal team and providing legal support to all entities worldwide. Previous positions include leadership roles in legal compliance and governance for regions including the Middle East, Africa, and Asia at SAPAC & Japan, as well as at TÜV Rheinland Group where Santosh was responsible for the Legal & Compliance function for multiple regions. Additional experience includes governance as a Director on the Board of SGS, security management at International SOS, and roles in corporate security at Hewlett-Packard India and Fidelity India. Santosh began a career in law enforcement with the Government of India, holding the rank of Deputy Commandant. Educational credentials include an Executive Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School, an LLB in Corporate & Criminal Law from Delhi University, and an MBA in HRD from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
