Stephane le Roy

Stephane Le Roy is an experienced executive in the healthcare industry with a focus on infection control, surgical workflows, and medical imaging. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of the Global Business Unit for Surgical Workflows at Getinge since December 2012, Stephane oversees a 900M€ revenue portfolio, managing global marketing, mergers and acquisitions, research and development, and supply chain operations across eight manufacturing sites. Prior roles at Getinge include President of South West Europe and Managing Director for France, where responsibilities included leading sales, service, and support functions while driving market share and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes positions at Siemens Healthineers and GE Healthcare, emphasizing expertise in medical imaging and product management. Stephane holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
