Alexander Memus

Alexander Memus has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Alexander currently serves as the Head of Product at Intently (YC W23) since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Workpath as a Senior Product Manager from October 2021 to March 2023, where they addressed the need for high-quality OKRs by shipping a new module for guided OKR drafting. At Chatfuel, they worked as a Product Manager from November 2018 to April 2021. Alexander also served as a Lecturer at the British Higher School of Art and Design from September 2017 to August 2019.

Earlier in their career, Alexander held roles at Trucker Path as the Head of Product from January 2017 to August 2017, and as a Product Manager from May 2016 to December 2016. Alexander worked at YooMoney as a Product Manager from November 2014 to April 2016. Alexander was also a co-founder and game designer at Vzaperti.by, an escape room game in Minsk, from August 2014 to October 2014.

Before transitioning into product management, Alexander gained valuable experience as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from February 2013 to July 2014. Alexander played a key role in improving strategies for various organizations, including leading Russian corporate banks and financial institutions in the CIS. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from February 2012 to January 2013, where they developed open government strategies, launched operational improvement programs, and contributed to IT sector development strategies.

At Tinkoff Credit Systems, Alexander worked as a Senior Business Analyst from April 2011 to December 2011, where they conducted in-depth analysis of call centers and designed specifications for IVR services. Alexander also served as a Business Analyst at Tinkoff Credit Systems from August 2010 to March 2011.

Throughout their career, Alexander Memus has demonstrated their expertise in product management, business analysis, strategy development, and team leadership.

Alexander Memus obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) in 2010. Alexander then went on to earn a Master of Applied Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the same institution in 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also completed the Hive Global Leaders Program in 2016 and the Reforge Retention + Engagement Deep Dive Program in an unspecified year.
