Product/UX Designer

You are a solid UX/Product Designer that has already worked on hard UX problems for B2B products with an established customer/user base (e.g. 100+)

You are a builder/problem solver and don’t need a fully defined process to start working on day one (i.e. you are no stranger to the development lifecycle and have experience working as a cross-functional member )

You spend most of your time (60-80%) actively working within Figma to both explore, refine and test solutions that are ready for critiques and ultimately handoff

You spend the rest of your time (20-40%) diving into research, collaborating with team members and honing your craft.

Bonus: You already have some experience or a demonstrated interest in finance or capital markets, but being curious and adaptable to new sectors/industries is just as valuable.
