Frank Napolitano

Frank Napolitano is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Getlabs since September 2025, Frank previously held the position of Director of Sales and Business Development at KangarooHealth Inc. from October 2024 to September 2025. Prior to that, Frank was the Director of Business Development at GripAble for one year, and spent over a decade at Dynasplint Systems, Inc., where the role extended to more than a President’s Club Sales Consultant. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from Hofstra University, earned between 1995 and 1999, and attended Cardinal Spellman High School from September 1991 to June 1995.
