Jeff Brateman

Jeff Brateman is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Luna Physical Therapy. Previously, Jeff held various roles at PayPal and Braintree, including Group Engineering Manager, where they successfully managed distributed teams and drove significant enhancements in product stability and developer experience. Jeff's early career includes positions as a software engineer at X.commerce, IBM, and FullContact Inc., along with academic research at Purdue University, where they earned a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering. Their extensive expertise encompasses leadership in engineering management, product development, and process optimization across multiple continents and diverse teams.
