Lily Beltran Gustafson is the Head of Marketplace Operations & Co-Founder at Luna. Lily has also worked as a Sr. Performance Analyst at Adventist Health and as a Regulatory Compliance Director at MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach.

Lily has always been interested in helping others and has used their skills in performance analysis and regulatory compliance to make a difference in the lives of those they work with. Lily is passionate about their work and takes great pride in their achievements.

Lily Beltran Gustafson has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from Concorde Career College-Garden Grove, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Lily also has certification from Simplilearn in Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and certification from the California Respiratory Care Board in RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist).
