Kenneth Smith has been working in the tech industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a PC Technician for a self-employed company. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist for Life Fitness. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Uber, first as a Team Supervisor and then as a Customer Service Specialist. In 2018, they joined Lynx Automation as a Customer Support Manager, where they developed and maintained an efficient system to process client concerns. Currently, they are an AI Prompt Architect, helping people develop custom systems based off of ChatGPT and other Generative AI.

Kenneth Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale between 2005 and 2010. In 2011, they studied French Language and Literature at IFALPES.
