Emma Sheehy

Emma Sheehy has been working in the recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2018. Emma began their career as an IT Recruitment Consultant at FRS Recruitment, followed by a Technical Talent Sourcer role at PlanIT Search. In 2019, they joined TalentMinded Inc. as a Talent Advisor, providing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clients and managing client relationships through analytics reporting, weekly update calls, and ad-hoc communication. Emma also directly sourced candidates using a variety of platforms and created recruitment collateral, including interview guides, benchmark profiles, and employee testimonials. Currently, Emma is working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maple (getmaple.ca).

Emma Sheehy has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Aarhus University and a Bachelor of Arts in New Media & English from the University of Limerick. Emma also holds a Black Belt in Tech Recruiting from SocialTalent, obtained in September 2018.
