Agustín Mariani

Agustín Mariani is an accomplished professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Head of Payments at Santander Argentina since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mariani held the position of Executive Chairman at both Getnet Argentina and Superdigital Argentina since 2019 and 2020, respectively. In addition, Mariani has significant experience at Banco Santander, having served as Head of Santander Digital Argentina until May 2024 and in various managerial roles across different divisions from 2008 to 2019. Mariani has also been a director at Gire S.A. and INTERBANKING S.A. and held executive positions at Megaagro.com and Tenaris earlier in the career. Mariani holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and an MBA from IESE Business School, along with an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
