Dan Mortensen

Dan Mortensen has extensive experience in corporate accounting, tax compliance, and financial management across various firms. Beginning as a Staff Accountant at Ulrich & Associates, P.C., Dan prepared tax returns and assisted with audits, and later served as a Tax Intern at UMB Fund Services and Ulrich & Associates, P.C. Dan advanced to managerial roles, including Corporate Accounting Manager at Peak Capital Partners, overseeing corporate accounting teams, and Controller at Cost Segregation Authority, LLC, where responsibilities included financial statement preparation and improving tax compliance processes. Currently, Dan holds the position of Controller at GetOutPass. Dan's education includes a Master’s degree in Accounting from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Taxation from Weber State University.
