Çağdaş Başaraner

Çağdaş Başaraner began their work experience in 2007 as a Software Engineer at MilSOFT Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. Çağdaş then worked as a Senior/Lead Software Engineer at EES from 2010 to 2011, followed by a position as a Senior Software Engineer at Mantis from 2011 to 2012. After that, they became an Application Development Consultant at Innova from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Mantis as a Lead Software Engineer and eventually became the CTO. In 2016, Çağdaş started working at ICterra Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri as a Senior/Lead Software Engineer until 2017. Çağdaş then joined Atlassian in 2017 and worked as a Staff Software Engineer for OpsGenie until 2021. Çağdaş then became a Senior Software Engineer at Delivery Hero from 2021 to 2023, and currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at Pliant starting in 2023.

Çağdaş Başaraner completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from Hacettepe University, attending from 2003 to 2007. Çağdaş then pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems, also at Hacettepe University, completing it from 2009 to 2011.
