Afroditi Avgerinou, PhD, has extensive experience in real world data and analytics, currently leading the design and requirements of RWD solutions at Pfizer. Since March 2021, Afroditi has played key roles, including coordinating industry collaborations and managing contributions from over 20 colleagues in strategic partnerships. Prior experience includes positions at IQVIA as an Associate Consultant, and The Francis Crick Institute as a PhD candidate focusing on gene therapy for cystic fibrosis. Educational credentials include a PhD in Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy from UCL, an MSc in Cancer, Stem Cells and Developmental Biology from Utrecht University, and a BSc in Biology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Further contributions have been made to charitable organizations, including the St. Pancras Community Association as a Non-Executive Director.

Our shared mission facilitates the adoption and implementation of real world evidence in healthcare decision-making in Europe. We are also an incubator and design lab to develop strategies, new methodologies, easy-to-use, innovative tools and educational guidance. All to increase and share critical knowledge about new treatments.
