Karolina Przybylska

Karolina Przybylska has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Personnel and Payroll Manager and Team Leader at GetResponse since May 2021. Prior to this role, Karolina worked at HK Finance Sp. z o.o. for over a decade, holding positions including HR & Payroll Deputy Manager and Senior Payroll Specialist, where key responsibilities included payroll auditing, team leadership, and collaboration with legal firms. Karolina began a career in HR and payroll at Grant Thornton Poland, advancing from Assistant to Specialist roles. Educational qualifications include postgraduate studies in HR Business Partner from Wyższa Szkoła Administracji i Biznesu im. E. Kwiatkowskiego in Gdynia and a Master’s degree in Economics from Poznań University of Economics and Business, alongside postgraduate studies in Labor Law from the University of Gdańsk.
