Bijal then moved to Deutsche Bank where they worked in investment banking for 3 years. After that, they joined Hudson as the Director of Recruitment. Bijal then co-founded FGD Finance, which was ranked as one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in the San Francisco Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times 2010,2011 and 2012. Bijal has been with Rocket for the past 3 years and has helped grow the company into a leading talent partner powered by software.

Bijal Patel attended Saint Mary's College of California from 1995 to 1999, where they played Division 1 Tennis. Bijal majored in Health Science.
