Pradnya Pawar is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Getronics since October 2021, Pradnya oversees the hiring process for the APAC region, successfully placing candidates at all levels from associate to C-suite. Prior to this role, Pradnya worked as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Hexaware Technologies, contributing to process improvements, and played significant roles in HR policy development at The Stratech Group and employee management at Prospect Protection Ltd. Pradnya also has a strong background in payroll and training management from previous positions at Tech Offshore Marine Pte Ltd. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
