Rebecca Rye

Rebecca Rye serves as the Global Resource Manager at Getronics, a position held since 2017, overseeing resource allocation for project delivery outside of Spain and Latin America. Previously, Rebecca held various roles at IBM UK Ltd from 2001 to 2016, including Back Office Workflow Management Lead, where significant improvements were made to the Defra Client First Service Desk, and Senior Resource Manager, serving as Subject Matter Expert for staff redeployment and team training. Rebecca also has experience in strategic resource planning and capacity management, with a strong background in leading and improving resource assignment processes across multiple teams.
