Ladi Balogun

Ladi Balogun is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of FCMB Group since March 2017 and Executive Sponsor at Rova since April 2022, Ladi has played a pivotal role in the growth and diversification of FCMB Group, including the establishment of key business lines in consumer finance and investment management. Ladi previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at First City Monument Bank Limited, where significant milestones were achieved, such as building a national retail banking franchise and raising over $500 million in equity.
