Dennis Dahlmann has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2013, he began working as a referee for the Michigan Water Polo Association, a role he held until 2015. In 2015, Dennis took on summer analyst positions at Omate, where he focused on business development and operations, and at AJ Capital Partners, where he worked in acquisition and asset management. He then joined Simon Property Group in 2016 as a partnership management professional.
In the same year, Dennis co-founded Project Radius, a startup focused on social connectivity, which unfortunately did not succeed. While working on his startup, he also briefly joined the University of Michigan as the head coach for men’s water polo. Following this, in 2017, Dennis joined Waymark Marketing as a sales operations consultant and returned to the University of Michigan as the head coach for men’s water polo.
Beginning in 2018, Dennis worked as a sales operations consultant at Strive Talent and later moved on to GetSales in 2017. At GetSales, he held various positions, including sales and operations, sales operations manager, general manager of new partnerships, chief of staff, and he currently serves as the chief operating officer.

Dennis Dahlmann’s education history begins with his high school diploma from Ann Arbor Skyline High School. After completing high school, he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business. During his time at the university, he also completed a minor in Chinese Language and Culture.
