Romnick Alegonza

Romnick Alegonza is an experienced software engineer and manager with a strong background in developing and leading technical teams across various companies. Currently employed at Shogun since May 2019, Romnick has progressed through several roles, including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager. Previously, Romnick was a Lead Developer and Software Architect at MoneySmart Group, where significant contributions included developing and maintaining essential applications during the startup's early stages. Earlier experience includes senior technical roles at Crown Agents, where Romnick designed a scalable solution for the Philippine trade system, and strategic project development at Stratpoint Technologies.
