Ratanraj Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, product engineering, and systems engineering. Currently serving as Program Manager for Telephony & Infrastructure at Simpl since August 2022, Ratanraj Singh leads large-scale programs to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and has successfully managed contact center infrastructure. Previously, as Lead Product Engineer at Rupeek, significant improvements in contact center service uptime were achieved. Ratanraj Singh's earlier roles include System Engineer L2 Development at Ola, where contributions involved CRM/DRM integration and production issue resolution, and System Engineer and IT Executive roles at Acrotrend and Krystal Integrated Services Pvt.
